In his quest, he crosses the mind of Kiraan, a young Arborean woman whose wildest dream is to be able to one day speak her mind among her male dominated people. When Fireka reaches Kiraan through her dreams, she is lured by his dark secrets, mysterious eyes and promise of power. They are bound together by one thirsty desire; to have freedom.
