Unquiet Void
J.R. Peterson
The Unquiet Void is a fantasy adventure novel where dreams and reality intertwine, worlds and minds can be opened if one has the right key, and very little is as it seems.
Imagine a world where nothing exists except complete loneliness, endless time, and the acute sense of ones damnable immortality. This is a Void World.
Void Worlds are prisons for those who have committed some of the highest offenses against the races of the Four Corners. Locked away in a vault in the Seer City, Sureasea, these souls have been condemned to spend eternity contemplating the passage of time. Fireka is one such prisoner, a former Seer who was betrayed by a friend and bears the symbol of a traitor. For the hundred years that he has been locked away in the Void, Fireka has learned some dark magic in order to keep his sanity and arrange his revenge. In his quest, he crosses the mind of Kiraan, a young Arborean woman whose wildest dream is to be able to one day speak her mind among her male dominated people. When Fireka reaches Kiraan through her dreams, she is lured by his dark secrets, mysterious eyes and promise of power. They are bound together by one thirsty desire; to have freedom.
